Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026 · Effective immediately

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Better Physiotherapy Bundoora website at betterphysiotherapy.com.au and the services provided by Better Physiotherapy Bundoora (ABN: [insert ABN]), located at 2 Betula Avenue, Bundoora VIC 3083 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Clinic"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Services & Fulfillment Policy

We provide in-person physiotherapy services at our Bundoora clinic, as well as Telehealth consultations delivered via secure video conferencing. Services include, but are not limited to, general physiotherapy, sports injury rehabilitation, NDIS physiotherapy, WorkCover and TAC treatment, clinical Pilates, dry needling, shockwave therapy, pelvic floor physiotherapy, and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Appointment confirmation: Online booking requests submitted through our website are not confirmed appointments. A member of our reception team will contact you within 1 business day to confirm your appointment time, practitioner, and any preparation required. Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive this confirmation.

Service delivery: In-person services are delivered at our clinic during operating hours (Monday–Friday 7:30am–7:00pm, Saturday 8:00am–2:00pm). Telehealth services are delivered at the agreed appointment time via the link provided to you at booking.

2. Fees & Payment

Consultation fees are charged at the rates published on our website or advised by our reception team at the time of booking. Fees are payable at the time of your appointment by cash, EFTPOS, or credit card.

Bulk billing / funded services: Eligible patients may access services under Medicare (with a GP referral and Care Plan), NDIS, WorkCover Victoria, TAC, DVA, or private health insurance. Eligibility is determined by your funding body, not by the Clinic. We make no guarantee that your funding will be approved for any particular treatment.

Gap payments: Where your health fund, Medicare, or funding scheme does not cover the full consultation fee, the outstanding gap is payable by you at the time of service.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at no charge by calling us on (03) 9467 6900 or emailing hello@betterphysiotherapy.com.au.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the standard consultation fee may apply. This fee is at the discretion of the Clinic and is waived in genuine emergencies at our reasonable judgement.
  • Non-attendance (no-show): If you do not attend your appointment without notice, the full consultation fee may be charged.

Refunds: If you have pre-paid for a service and are unable to attend due to illness, injury, or other unavoidable circumstances, please contact us. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis at our reasonable discretion. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

No refunds are provided for consultations that have been fully delivered. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us directly and we will endeavour to resolve the matter.
